The special sensors for vibration measurement cover different areas of application:
Highly sensitive vibration transducers with sensitivities >1000 mV/g, such as the KB12VD or the KS48, are used to measure building vibrations or seismic vibration measurements, so that even the smallest vibrations can be detected.
If, on the other hand, strong vibrations and shocks are to be measured, the special sensors for shock measurement 3200BM or 3200B5M with particularly low sensitivities of < 1 mV/g are recommended.
The KS56/57 sensors with charge output and without integrated electronics are suitable for high-temperature applications up to 250 degrees Celsius.
The sensors of the KST series are particularly suitable for test bench applications. These have a movable probe tip and can thus automatically contact changing test objects.
The 5313A seat pad accelerometer has been developed for whole-body human vibration measurements. This special sensor is placed on the seat or under a standing person. In this way, all vibrations acting on the body are reliably recorded.
