Application

For the monitoring of vibration characteristic values and their logging for later analysis with other software systems, the InnoLoggers are available.

Rotating parts or impulse-like loads, e.g. from a vibratory pile driver in the construction field, cause vibrations. In numerous vibration standards, vibration characteristic values and limit values are defined for a reliable evaluation.

The InnoLoggers measure these vibration characteristic values and monitor their level regarding the exceeding of limits. Alarming situations are signaled and allow a fast pass-fail-recognition because of colored bars. In addition, the alarm can initiate the logging of vibration parameters. Similarly, events can be reported, e.g. via e-mail or signal generators.

Properties

The InnoLoggers are able to log and monitor signals or characteristics. The logged data can be used for further analysis with external programs.

The following settings allow a suitable signal processing:

Free filter adjustment 0,1 .. 40000 Hz (when using InnoBeamer X2)
SI- and imperial units for each measurand
25 characteristics
2 alarms with alarm delay

Automated operation is supported by an external trigger: Thus, the start of the InnoLoggers’ measurement can be controlled externally. Additionally, data logging can be prevented acc. to adjustable rules, e.g. if you already acquired enough data. In combination with event annunciators, measured values and alarm states can be presented in a colored and enlarged extra display or be sent via e-mail. Alarm states can control radio switches and digital outputs like e.g. relays and thus are able to switch electrical alarm lamps or acoustic signaling devices. The e-mail annunciator additionally allows to send logged data automated.
