The VLX HD-CI series enables high-resolution recording of vibration and sound signals. The signals can be streamed in any duration via the network interface for further processing using proprietary algorithms. This is already being used for vibro-acoustic monitoring in the energy supply sector.

Significant data reduction is also possible thanks to real-time pre-processing of vibration signals in the VLX device. The device generates parameterizable characteristic vibration values and makes them available at its interfaces for further processing.

The VLX HD-CI series meets the special requirements of critical infrastructure by passing numerous tests.

  • An extended temperature range of -25 ... +70°C enables use in different climate zones.
  • Their operational safety in a vibrating environment the devices proved in vibration tests.
  • Basic cybersecurityhe requirements the VLX HD-CI series fulfills thanks to a well-maintained software BOM, en-crypted communication for configuring the devices and via firmware version with a permanently deactiva-table USB interface.

The roll-out of automated firmware updates is made possible by libraries provided for common processor architectures.
