InnoAnalyzer®

InnoAnalyzer
Application

For the frequency analysis of vibrations, the InnoAnalyzers are used. Rotating parts  in drives, gears, pumps, fans and many other technical products cause perturbing vibrations. Often numerous parts with different rotation speed cause mechanical vibrations so that a superposition of frequencies is generated.

The InnoAnalyzers decompose this superposition into the different frequency components again. So you can detect the parts which are significantly responsible for the vibrations.

In addition to continuous vibration signals, impulse-like procedures can be analyzed as well, for instance to determine the natural frequencies of the measurement object by means of the bump test. As a consequence, mechanical malfunctions are precisely and fast tracked down in development, quality control or service. The success of actions to reduce vibrations, for example balancing with the InnoBalancer, is proven measurably.

Properties

The InnoAnalyzers in Standard  and in Pro Version are universal vibration analyzers. The Pro Version additionally includes 2 integrators and is consequently able to analyze not only vibration acceleration but also vibration velocity and vibration displacement.

The InnoAnalyzers offer two modes. One of them is especially easy to handle. The user chooses a desired frequency range and can always be sure to get it displayed with a high resolution. In the other mode, experienced users can adjust many FFT parameters on their own. Two cursors are available for the evaluation. They can be moved freely or positioned precisely by button.

The clone function makes it possible to operate several InnoAnalyzers at the same time. For example a wide frequency range can be analyzed at a glance and a small frequency range highly resolved.

The export of data into other applications as bitmap/PNG file for documentation or as text for further examination provides additional fields of application.
