InnoAnalyzer® Speed

Rotating parts in drives, gears, pumps, fans and many other technical products cause perturbing vibrations. Different rotation speeds cause different vibrations since the measurement objects develop or do not develop resonant behaviour at certain rotation speeds.

These differences become obviously in run-up or slow-down experiments. A rotor changes its rotation speed by run-up or slow down and goes through the different rotation speeds.

The InnoAnalyzers Speed measure the vibration level at the rotation speed or a multiple and graphically indicate the level at the respective rotation speed. This way, resonant rotation speed levels are detected.

The rotation speed is detected with a photoelectric reflex switch, which can be connected to the InnoBeamer and which is used for balancing as well.

Properties

The InnoAnalyzers Speed in Standard and in Pro Version are rotation-speed-coupled vibration analyzers. The Pro Version additionally includes 2 integrators and is consequently able to analyze not only vibration acceleration but also vibration velocity and vibration displacement.

The instruments are especially easy to handle. The user chooses a desired frequency range and can always be sure to get it displayed with a high resolution.

Two cursors are available for the evaluation. They can be moved freely or positioned precisely by button. Frequency and magnitude values at the cursor position are presented numerically.

The clone function makes it possible to operate several InnoAnalyzers at the same time. For example vibrations can be analyzed at the rotation speed and at a multiple of the rotation speed at the same time.

The export of data into other applications as bitmap/PNG file for documentation or as text for further examination provides additional fields of application.
