Vibration Measurement Kits
VibroMatrix Kit for Hand-Arm Human Vibration Measurement acc. to ISO 5349:2001
The VMSet-11 and VMSet-12 come in a handy case and provide you with everything you need for the measurement of human hand-arm vibration acc. to ISO 5349:2001 and guideline 2002/44/EC on one resp. two handles.
The software module InnoMeter HVM 5349 exceeds the normal measurement with small hand-held units: The program guides you through the measurement procedure reliably, with clear indications and graphics for the correct sensor positioning. Beginners measure quickly and error-free without long introduction/training.
This solution offers all necessary steps for a measurement conforming to the standard, incl. printing records.
The first step is choosing the measurement mode. The instrument knows all measurement modes described in the standard, for instance the simultaneous measurement in all 3 axes or the measurement in the main axis and weighting of the other two axes.
A graphical drawing of the correct allocation of axes for the gripping hand eases the multiaxial measurement acc. to the standards.
During the measurement, you can see the measured values for the different axes and the vibration total value. The colored background indicates the good/bad status.
After the measurement, the data is automatically transferred to the data storage.
Additional to the simple evaluation of the vibration total value, the complete calculation of the daily vibration exposure is integrated.
Measured data can be allocated to exposure segments flexibly in order to analyze mixed activities as well. The A(8) value is calculated immediately. Additional software or complicated data transfer is not necessary.
Data can be saved, read into again or printed out as a report at the push of a button. The content and layout of the report can be adjusted acc. to your requirements. An export as text or suitable for spreadsheet analysis is possible as well.
VibroMatrix can be extended easily at any time, for instance by a software for frequency analysis. New hardware components are not necessary.
